The goals of the Palliative/End-of-Life Care Conference for the interdisciplinary team are to:

• Support and foster development of resiliency in health care providers in Palliative/EOL care
This conference is designed for Michigan Medicine multidisciplinary staff, including Nurses, Social Workers, Spiritual Care staff, Residents/Physicians, Pharmacists, Physical/Occupational/Respiratory Therapists, and Child Life Experts, who care for patients with Palliative and End-of-Life care needs.
