Description

Give us one to two months of your summer, and we’ll give you the methodological tools you need to conduct cutting-edge research on important substantive issues. The ICPSR Summer Program’s four-week sessions are an immersive learning experience in which you’ll receive hands-on training in statistical models and quantitative methods while meeting and connecting with students, faculty, and researchers from around the world.

You can now view our 2019 four-week session schedule at https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/content/sumprog/schedule.html. Our First Session (June 24 - July 19) and Second Session (July 22 - August 16) contain more than 40 courses, including regression analysis, Bayesian analysis, network analysis, longitudinal analysis, game theory, MLE, SEM, causal inference, introductory statistics, and more. In 2019, we're proud to offer two new workshops: "Machine Learning: Applications in Social Science Research" and "Race, Ethnicity, and Quantitative Methodology II." All four-week courses are taught on the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor. Our four-week sessions also feature nightly lectures by esteemed researchers, as well as numerous social events.
