American Son is a drama starring Kerry Washington, Steven Pasquale, Jeremy Jordan and Eugene Lee. Based on the Broadway play of the same name, the film follows an estranged couple who reunite in a Florida police station to help find their missing teenage son. The dialogue will focus on ways the film interprets and represents the lived experiences of systemic health inequality by marginalized communities. Dinner provided. Register for the event here.
