Classrooms within the University of Michigan School of Nursing are primarily academic spaces reserved for use by nursing students, faculty and staff. These rooms are intended for School of Nursing purposes and are not general event spaces.
Classroom requests should be submitted as far in advance as possible to allow time for review based on UMSN’s academic needs.
For small meetings, conference rooms are available for reservation in the 400 N. Ingalls St. (Nursing 1) and 426 N. Ingalls St. (Nursing 2) buildings.

- You must check classroom availability (below) before submitting a request.
- The classroom request queue is accessed once per day. Requests submitted for the same day are not guaranteed to be accommodated, so please plan accordingly and submit your request in advance.
Reservation Guidelines Reserve a Classroom
Non-curricular reservations for future terms will be kept on file and processed after curricular reservations have been completed for that term.
- Spring/Summer term requests: Reviewed after March 15
- Fall term requests: Reviewed after July 15
- Winter term requests: Reviewed after November 15

Clinical Learning Center
To request a room for courses, labs or simulations in the Clinical Learning Center (CLC), complete the CLC Room Reservation Form. All required fields (highlighted in blue) must be completed before submission.
Submission Deadlines:
- Fall semester: July 1
- Winter semester: November 1
- Spring semester: March 1
