Rho Chapter supports the scholarship and professional development of our members and offers opportunities to be active through leadership, service, mentorship, and continuing education.

Mentor Program 

The Rho Chapter Mentor on Demand program connects Sigma Rho members and U of M nursing students with experienced Rho members who serve as nurse mentors.

The Mentor on Demand Program will support your professional development through a short-term mentorship. Our mentors help with career questions, resume reviews, graduate school applications, job shadowing, or exploring practice roles. Experienced Rho Members are available as mentors in various practice roles and specialties. This program is open to Sigma Rho members and University of Michigan Nursing students.
