Dr. Jessica Baird, DNP, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with expertise in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of allergy and asthma across the lifespan. Her clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on patient education, health promotion, shared decision-making, and chronic disease management. Dr. Baird has extensive experience in pediatric critical care and primary care, with particular focus on empowering patients and families through active listening, collaboration, and individualized care planning. She specializes in providing comprehensive ambulatory care management, medication education, preventive health strategies, and chronic condition self-management support. Dr. Baird’s professional interests center on enhancing patient outcomes through education, advocacy, and evidence-based clinical practice, with a commitment to fostering long-term health.
