Jean Reidy, DNP, MPH, APRN, ANP-C, NEA-BC, is a national leader in the development, retention and engagement of the primary care NP workforce. She currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Advanced Practice Providers at Oak Street Health, one of the largest primary care providers in the country. Dr. Reidy has developed and expanded two new graduate NP fellowships and implemented organizational policies that allow NPs to flourish. She has dedicated her entire nursing career to improving the health of under-resourced communities and developed innovative technology to reduce health disparities.
