Angila is an experienced and energetic educator, passionate about lifelong learning and positively impacting the delivery of healthcare. Angila is a resourceful and adaptable leader with over 20 years combined experience in the fields of healthcare simulation, nursing, clinical education, and laboratory management. Angila is known for being team-oriented, infinitely optimistic and wholly dedicated to the professional and personal ongoing growth and development of individuals and teams.
Teaching
As an educator and mentor, Angila believes that education provides a milieu where learning thrives, visions are developed, and ideas are validated. Angila believs that a closed mind can be liberated if the educator is willing to abandon his/her own bias and meet the student at his/her current level of comprehension. Angila is dedicated to the professional development of individuals and teams. Several positive influences, many of which were educators, changed Angila’s life. She aspires to be a positive influence on others.
