Description

Green Clean Day is a one-day event set aside for faculty and staff to clean out their offices and research space. It is organized to maximize recycling, reuse, and waste reduction.
 
Volunteers are needed:
In order for Green Clean Day to run smoothly for everyone, help is needed. Jamie Smith asking for people to serve throughout the day in the following positions:
  • Reuse table volunteers - sort reusable items delivered to the reuse table.
  • Hardcover book table - organize books on table for viewing.
  • Cart runners - take full carts to the appropriate place - reuse room, sorting area, dock, etc. and return empty carts to original locations.
  • Dock dumpers - empty carts delivered to the dock into appropriate dumpsters. Coordinate empty cart pickups with cart runners.
Property Disposition
Please let me know if you will have items for Property Disposition.
 
Confidential Bags/Shred-it
There will be confidential bags available that day for large shredding jobs.
