Nancy MayThis Clinical Adjunct Faculty Network (CAFN) meeting is open for all faculty at the School of Nursing. 1.0 Continuing Nursing Education hours (CNEs) are provided to those who attend in person after completion of the online evaluation.

  • 6:00-7:00 p.m.- Presentation: "Emerging Trends in Ambulatory Nursing Practice: Who's Doing Care Coordination?" by Nancy May, DNP, RN-BC, NEA-BC, chief nursing officer, University of Michigan Medical Group

This session will address the growing demand to provide access to our patients with chronic disease, the need to develop innovative ways to provide care and measure impact, and support for the role of the ambulatory care RN considering cost containment and capitated reimbursement.
