Call for Applications: Quality Month 2015

This is a call for posters for UMHS Quality Month, a series of recognition and celebration events to recognize staff teams for their work to systematically improve the workplace through Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles of improvement. Quality Month will be celebrated October 6-7 with speakers, poster sessions team presentations and a public recognition of process improvement teams. Teams who have already complete at least one PDCA cycle may submit their poster application now through May 30 and may be eligible to showcase their work by scheduled visits to their workplace or opportunities to present their work in other public forums.

FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE JULY 1.

Show us how you have:

• Used Lean tools to understand your problem
• Dug deeply to identify root causes
• Pruned to remove waste
• Made a plan to support and sustain
