Global Nursing Conferences

The following conferences are excellent venues for faculty and students to engage in nursing research collaboration on a global scale. The Office of Global Outreach encourages you to submit abstracts or attend, and is co-sponsoring some of the conferences listed. The 14th Pan-American Nursing Research Colloquium will take place from September 6-12, 2014 in Cartagena, Colombia. This biennial gathering of nurse leaders, researchers, scholars, and students from around the Americas had the theme: “Evidence and Commitment: Nurse Caring Beyond Frontiers”.
 
Global Health & Innovation Conference (GHIC)
This two day conference, to be held March 28-29, 2015 at Yale University, is the world's leading and largest global health conference as well as the largest social entrepreneurship conference with 2,200 professionals and students from all 50 states and 55 countries.
 
This consortium, founded with funding from Bill and Melinda gates and the Rockefeller Foundation, will hold its 6th annual global health conference in Boston, Massachussets from March 26-28, 2015.
 
The next conference of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing will be held November  7-11, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV.
