Ms. Foley's expertise is in case management, including training other nurses in case management. Case management entails finding the best medical care with the best resources to achieve optimum outcomes. She specializes in workers' compensation injuries and facilitating return to work for injured employees, physical therapy, pain management, and catastrophic injuries, including orthopedic and closed head injuries.

Teaching

Ms. Foley teaches in the undergraduate studies program and has presented in multiple venues regarding cultural diversity in the workplace, workers' compensation updates, hispanic culture, and cultural health beliefs and practices among migrant seasonal farmworkers in southeastern Michigan.
