Description
January 22 through February 10 mark the dates of the Face-Off Blood Challenge between the University of Michigan and Michigan State University. This competition extends the in-state athletic rivalry as students, faculty, and staff donate pints to save lives. During the Fall 2011 Blood Battle victory over Ohio State, the Wolverines collected 2,628 pints, potentially saving nearly 8,000 lives. If you have never given blood, please consider making a donation, and if you are a loyal donor, this would be a great time to give the gift of life once again.
