The School of Social Work presents a Leon and Josephine Winkelman Lecture featuring Former Congressman Tom Downey. Mr. Downey will speak on, "Medicare: Past, Present, and Future."
Former Congressman Downey serves as Chairman and Founder of Downey McGrath, an independent, bipartisan government affairs consulting firm. He was elected to Congress in 1974, and served for 19 years.
