The topic of this Public Health Grand Rounds event, sponsered by Michigan Public Health Training Center, is "Bringing Health Services Back Home." Keynote speaker Mary Ann Christopher and panel members will address questions such as: What evidence-based practice improvement strategies promote excellence in home care? What initiatives in home and community-based services are emerging that allow independent living in the home? How can nurses support home-based health care options for older Americans and people with disabilities?
